Shipping & Ordering

Our plants are shipped with considerable personal time, cost, and careful attention so that they will arrive at their destination in good health, intact, and ready to adapt to a new environment. It is important to make sure the plants you have selected are appropriate for your USDA Plant Hardiness Zone. Our normal processing time for orders is 2-3 business days.

Please add a heat pack to your order during the winter months if you live in a colder climate and expect freezing temperatures the week your plants are being shipped. It will be activated before shipping with your plants and help to keep them happy and warm!

“The plant arrived healthy and as described. The packing was the best I’ve ever seen when it comes to plants. The part that shocked me was the size of the box knowing I purchased only 1. When I read the note I was speechless- during the purchase, the selection I wanted was snagged by another customer but Etsy didn’t update and the seller got a double order. I was disappointed of course that I had to select another plant but I never expected the seller to give me the one I selected AND as second one. That’s above and beyond.
